The watch I received is defective. The screen displays nothing. Very disappointing.

Smart watch
I bought 2 white MyKronos smart watches; one for my daughter, which is up and running and she loves it. The other one is for my grand-daughter's birthday, so it has not been used yet. Also purchased a green watch for my grandson, whose birthday is in November. Both grandchildren are into technology and I expect them to set up their watches and to enjoy them. My daughter likes tech but isn't particularly tech savvy so it took a while for her to set it up. However, the instructions are straightforward and she had to up and running fairly quickly. She particularly likes being able to receive and make calls using her watch.

This item didn’t come on time so they sent my money back, but after a few days it came and when I asked iwoot to returned the payment back they said I can keep them for free. This watch is a gift for my brother. I am very happy to keep it and thank you ever so much for a free watch.
