Inspired By a Classic

The idea of the iconic Trivial Pursuit strategy game came about in the 1970s by a pair called Chris Haney and Scott Abbott, following a game of Scrabble - who would've thought? It took trivia to the next level with the original game consisting of 6,000 intricate questions from a range of six categories:

· Entertainment (pink)

· Geography (blue)

· History (yellow)

· Arts and literature (purple),

· Science and nature (green)

· Sports and leisure (orange)

As time went by, it proved to be so popular that there were also computer and video games developed, bringing it right into the modern world.

How to Play

You can play as a duo or in a group of up to six people. Simply roll the die, move around the board and answer the questions - your ability to get them right will determine your success - no pressure! The idea is to answer as many as you can correctly, and the first person to get all six wedges in their various colours wins.

Eventually, you'll have been around the board and will eventually reach the centre, where you will be asked a final question. Answering that ultimate questions means you've bagged yourself a win.
