Powered by an 800 W direct drive motor with planetary action; this motion ensures efficient and inclusive mixing that reaches all around the bowl to expertly incorporate all ingredients. Programmed with variable speed control from 1-10; use the lower speeds for kneading, and the faster settings for high speed whisking.
