The Sage  Smart Scoop™ Ice Cream has been engineered to give you perfectly textured desserts ready to serve with minimal effort and maximum flavour.

Whether you are making ice cream, frozen yoghurt, gelato or sorbet, each type of dessert needs to be churned for a specific amount of time until it reaches the perfect texture. Traditional ice cream makers lacked the intelligence to monitor the texture of the product, but engineers at Sage have produced a machine that is able to detect the texture of your product and use the machine’s intelligent settings to stop the making process when the product has reached the optimal texture and flavour.

Twelve variable hardness settings ensure the perfect sorbet, frozen yoghurt, gelato or ice cream each time you use it, and the machine also includes ingenious pre-cool and keep cool functions that enable you to preserve your ice cream in its optimal condition for up to three hours. In addition to its industry-leading practical qualities, the Smart Scoop™ also plays music when it’s ready in the style a traditional ice cream van, leaving you as giddy as a child every time your delicious dessert is ready.
