Create deliciously crispy, tasty and healthy ‘fried’ food without the fat with the Russell Hobbs Purifry Multicook. With innovative technology that uses a rapid hot air circulation system, the multi-functional unit will air-fry, roast, bake and grill. A large 3L capacity will cook up to 5 portions at a time. The multicook features a drop down door with a large viewing window, a 60-minute timer with an automatic shut off and an adjustable temperature up to 220°C.  

Perfect for chips, chicken, fish, meat and vegetables, food is quickly fried to crispy perfection but with up to 80% less fat than if was deep fried. As there is no oil to heat up, cooking time is lessened. Fried food smells are reduced, just enjoy the aroma of delicious cooked food. Accessories included a frying basket, baking tray, grill rack and toast rack, all of which are dishwasher safe.
