KitchenAid 5KSMPRA Pasta Sheet Roller and Cutter Set

The KitchenAid 5KSMPRA Pasta Sheet Roller and Cutter Set is compatible with all KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixers and will allow you to create commercial quality, delicious, fresh pasta at home. The set includes three stainless steel roller and cutters for easy rolling and cutting of fresh pasta dough. The pasta roller features eight thickness settings, allowing you to adjust the pasta thickness according to your preference. Flat sheets of pasta are ideal for cannelloni, lasagne and ravioli. When uniform noodles, tagliatelle or linguine is required, simply attach either of the rollers to your mixer and the machine will do the hard work. The rollers should not be immersed in water or a dishwasher so the set includes a cleaning brush for the easy removal of excess pasta pieces.
