We offer free UK delivery excluding remote areas and Scottish Highlands. Please see below to check delivery to your postcode.

How long will it take to arrive?

Delivery date offered will be within 2 weeks of your order. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date and give you details on how to track your delivery. The day before the delivery date you will be contacted to confirm your delivery time slot.

We advise that you carefully check the measurements of your room and that the item will fit in your desired room.

We advise that you ensure there is adequate doorway and stair access for your furniture to be delivered. If your purchased item cannot be delivered into the property you will incur charges for the return delivery to the warehouse.

You will be asked to sign to say that there was no damage to the goods or property as a result of the delivery. If the outer packaging of your order arrives damaged please make sure that this damage has been recorded by the logistic company before accepting your order.

After your item has been delivered you will receive a confirmation email

If I am not happy with my item?

If you would like to cancel or change your order contact us as soon as possible. Providing we have not processed your order before you contact us we will be able to help you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any eligible product you have ordered within 14 days from receipt of delivery of goods. If you want to return an item please see following steps:

1. Contact our customer care team by logging into your account, informing us you wish to return your purchase and provide the name under which the order was placed, phone number, email address and the order number

2. Our Customer care team must receive and approve your return request before the return is made or collection arranged to provide you with a returns number. For larger or bulkier products the delivery service will arrange a pick-up time with you. Please pack your parcel up securely, preferably using its original packaging

3. Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received by our approved supplier. If you believe you have received a wrong or defected product, please get in touch with the customer care team straight away by logging into your online account. Damaged, defected or wrong product must be reported within five days from delivery to be eligible for refund. In order to speed up the process please include photographs documenting the damage or item in error. If the outer packaging of your order arrives damaged please make sure that this damage has been recorded by the logistic company before accepting your order.
