The forged aluminium pan features a marble coating for superb durability, a Bakelite silicone handle and a tempered glass lid with a steam vent. The pan comprises a removable egg cup holder will poach up to four eggs at a time. Without the poaching tray, the innovative non-stick surface will create delicious eggs with a minimum of extra oil or fat. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, the pan is dishwasher safe.
