The PréserVin Auto Wine Pump and Thermometer will keep your wine fresher for longer. Simply place the PréserVin on an open wine bottle and it will automatically begin to extract the air inside the bottle. Once the vacuum has formed to make a seal, the device will shut down to save energy.
If the seal breaks then the PréserVin will automatically start and form the sealed vacuum. When you depress the button on the front, the LED display will give you the temperature inside the bottle and a counter will record how many days since the wine was first sealed. - A.D.

Not 100%
The PreserVin Auto Wine Pump and Thermometer works fine for half of the bottle, after which it gives up and is unable to extract any more air. A good idea but not fit for its purpose.
Great Idea - not tried it yet though
I bought this PreserVin Auto Wine Pump and Thermometer for my boyfriend as a gift as he loves red wine and always likes it to be the perfect temperature. We haven't tested it yet to see how well it actually works but he thought it was a brilliant gift and he can't wait to open his next bottle to give it a go!
