Don’t be scared of poaching eggs. The OXO Good Grips Silicone Egg Poacher has been designed to make poached eggs quickly and easily. Made from heat-resistant silicone, the poacher features a body that cradles the eggs with a funnel that gently guides the eggs into the water and prevents the yolk from breaking. The perforations in the poacher optimise the flow of water around the eggs for even cooking. Medium eggs will take between 3.00 and 3.30 minutes, large eggs between 3:15 and 3:45 minutes and extra-large eggs between 3:30 and 4:00 minutes. The collapsible set allows for compact storage.
