I have been looking for a hinged type food mixer for some time but was against paying too much for one. The American Originals Electric Stand Mixer is exactly what I wanted and does the job perfectly and for the price is excellent value for money. A couple of small negatives though: it's very noisy, not sure how long the motor will last. I am sure it is ok, but it doesn't sound it. There are no options to purchase spare attachments as they are liable to break because they're only plastic.
