Really great toy for kids!
This snake remote control is a great present idea for kids who love snakes, dinosaurs, etc. It is pretty realistis in the way that it moves, and they will have a lot of fun with it. Only downside is the batteries are a bit unusual and the battery type for the remote control itself is quite hard to find, so make sure to have those batteries when the kids open the present, as you won't find them down your local on Christmas morning! Would have paid a bit more for batteries to be included.
The boys loved it - but beware!
This snake is larger than I had imagined and does indeed provide lots of fun. It moves very well - but not on carpet- gliding along fluidly, flicking out it's tongue. The big problem for us was that it's SO NOISY!! I thought the fun of it would be to surprise some hapless victim but in fact the noise is louder than my food processor! If there is a realistic rattle, it is wasted as you can't hear it for the motor! So not only is it annoying after a while, but there is no "sneak up" value to this toy - perhaps that's for the best! Having said that, it was certainly a fun present and if you are expecting it to be noisy, you will really please some small - or large - boy with it. Also - batteries not included.
