Very poor quality
Disappointed with the quality of this mug. It's a present for someone and so I have not tried the heat colour change. There are white patches around the ears where they've been stuck on, brown paint blotches where they shouldnt be, one patch where you can see the brush strokes, a few dents, overall very bad quality. Because of this I felt I could not give this as a present on its own and so had to buy another.
Christmas Mug
I've not actually used the mug as yet so don't know if the heat changing actually works but I was disappointed with the quality of the presentation of the mug. The glaze is patching on places, almost none existent in others and overall doesn't look like a particularly well finished item. It's cute enough to get out once a year though so I wouldn't waste my time sending it back.
