Glow brick
1This item I bought fro my Grandson was an absolute waste of money. I have tried absolutely everything to make it glow...... Tried leaving it in bright sunlight, inside and outside.....but no luck. Even if one could see a slight glow on ones window sill at night! But no, absolutely nothing. I am SO, so disappointed for him.

3I appreciate it's winter but nevertheless this thing emits less light than a Black Hole! I've had it sat in a south facing window all day every day and as yet......nowt! maybe the story will be different in summer - when the need for a night light diminishes! If not - it's a pretty paperweight!

5This is fantastic even when not in glowing mode it is made with perfect precision and is a beautiful ornament perhaps on a window ledge during the day to soak up the power needed to glow at night, remember you have to put the effort in to make it glow, if you just put in a dark place it will not glow it needs solar power to soak it up for evening glow, impressive and very well made,

1I thought the Glow Brick would be the answer to illuminate the bathroom at night without using the electric light, but it is so dim you can barely tell it's there at all. It's in a south facing room getting all the light available. It's very disappointing.

1I've not seen the Glow Brick actually 'glow' yet as it charges in the day and there's not been enough daylight according to the thing. It's also smaller than I expected and is disappointing overall really.

2I bought two Glow Bricks, one for myself and one for my son. I am disappointed with mine, it only glows in really dark conditions which basically means that unless you switch every source of light off and close the blinds, you can't see it. It gets 2 stars because even without the glowing, it does look good. Expensive for a non glowing ornament though.

3As clear square blocks go this one is the nicest I have. It looks good during the day, which is great because I was slightly disappointed with its glowing power at night. From my experience this has to be in total darkness to really shine, as a decorative item i'm rarely in the room without a source of light such as the TV on. That said, as it looks pretty funky and gets plenty of comments anyway, the fact it glows somewhat in the near-dark is a bonus.

2Item is rather disappointing as no real glow when dark. More a glimmer which is hardly visable.
