Perfect Oversized Stocking Filler

I bought this Guinness World Records: Party Challenge for some friends as a gift. They're the couple who always have house-parties and we often get together for a games night, so I thought this would be right up their street! The box itself is much smaller than I expected - it's not quite small enough to be a stocking filler, but certainly isn't far off! I was a little disappointed about this to begin with as I was expecting it to be a bit bigger, but it could be that I mis-read the description. Inside the box you'll find 30 Guinness World Record Challenge Cards, a deck of playing cards, a sand-timer and instructions on how to play. The Challenge cards are brightly coloured, have the name of the challenge on one side and the rules of the challenge on the other side. The rules are mostly simple and straightfoward, and the challenges are often silly/fun. You do sometimes need additional items to complete the challenge, but these are often found around the house - such as spoons, or socks. The downside is that with some of the challenges the "household" items are needed in a higher quantity than most households would have. Two such examples are making a pyramid out of batteries or playing dice - we found that trying to find enough batteries/playing dice to make a pyramid was more challenging than the challenge itself! This game is a lot of fun and is great for groups and parties, especially if there are a few competitive people amongst you! My advice is that if you're planning to play this at your party - take a look through the cards beforehand to make sure you have the "household items" to hand.
