brilliant
5I bought this knife block as a christmas present for my boyfriend who is off at uni. In the picture it looks great, but I was nervous as I thought it might not looks as good when it is sitting on the kitchen bench. However, there was no need for me to worry. My boyfriend loves it and it looks great in the kitchen! The knives are also very good quality and sharp. A definite must have, highly recommend it!

5I had read some of the other reviews before buying and quite a lot had said how good it was, well they were right it is really amazing, everyone loves it and the knives are really good quality, it looks so stylish in my kitchen really compliments the other red in there that I have. I was also looking through an old magazine(feb 2010) and an article on Meg Mathews showed she had one in her kitchen, anyway brilliant knife block, thank you.

5I bought this for my boyfriend for his new home. Looks great in his kitchen. Not your boring Knife Block and he loves it. The text message for the 1 hour delivery window is a great Idea! I didnt even need to stay in all day!

5My two worries when buying this were that the knives would be poor quality and the guards on the rear would be obtrusive. I had nothing to worry about. The knives are single piece, sharp and lovely to hold and use. The magnets holding them in place are at the top of the slots, meaning the sharp bit is suspended in the air and not scraping along the block each time one is removed or replaced. The sleeves at the back are seldom noticed - good positioning and the awesomeness of the block make them unobtrusive. They're also a good idea given the sharpness of the knives. This is a superb product. If my co-workers ever stop stealing my pens I'll get the pen stand as well.

5I brought my mom 1 of these for mothers day and she loved it! she thinks its great and all her friends want one to and the knives are brilliant to very sharp.

5I may not be the worlds best chef but these knifes do exactly what they say on the box. Very functional, sharp and sturdy, and wow do they look gud - they look really gud!!!!! a statement object and a real focal point of my otherwise dull looking kitchen.

5You can plan your evening around that moment when they spot the block. Derails any train of thought. Really, seriously funky set: the fact that the knives are sharp, sturdy and hard wearing is only the real reason you should have bought them...

4This product is excellent, the knives are good quality though in my one I didn't get the bread knife but two of the same. Would have prefferred to have the bread knife also. I would also have preferred if the item was made of metal and not plastic.
