3A lot of people are saying the Perfect Sit Up is pointless because you could do the same exercises without it. However, regular crunches and sit-ups have damaged my neck muscles over the years and I've been been intimidated to get beck on the floor over the past few years. Thanks to Perfect Sit Up, I can now get back into shape. The neck support system is great, it's designed to minimise neck strain and isolate core ad muscles. This is very true, I felt my abs after 5 minutes exercise. It's awkward to use at first but don't worry you'll get used to it. On a random note, it should actually be called the perfect crunch and not sit-up because the movement is quite restricted. The magic really starts working when you raise your legs/knees at the same time. The reason why I knocked off a star is that once you use it for a few weeks it gets easier to use and you have to upgrade resistance blades especially if you're an advanced user. Chances of developing your core muscles quickly and effectively is minimal. Nevertheless, it's a good start for getting back into working out. I wish it was easy going on my back but I still get back pains. I don't regret buying it, it's good to have in your house.

4The Perfect Sit Up is brilliant. My whole family uses it but there isn't a video of how a paralysed person can use it. Apart from that it is 10/10 - thanks.

5I bought this Perfect Sit Up for my 17 year old daughter who is a fitness fanatic. She even built it up herself with no problem. It's simple yet effective, I couldn't help myself having a go as well and it really does take the "strain" out of sit ups and allows variation to work on different areas of your abdominal muscles. It is comfortable and supportive to use and you feel the effects of the workout afterwards. It even has a padded base to reduce the risks of marking the flooring. This is a clever product and great value for money. I would recommend this product.

3This product was simple to put together & looks good, mine is hanging on a hook on the door out of the way. I've only used it a few times, but it feels comfortable & doesn't make my neck hurt, which is the main trouble with sit up exercise equipment. I need more time to tell if it actually works.

1Unfortunately for me it was not what I was expecting. It comes all dissasembled and it took me a while to put it together. The top bit for upper situps seems to work relatively alright once you get the right length etc. but I haven't managed to make the lower part work, not sure the lower bands are necessary.

5I bought the Perfect Sit Up with my husband in mind since he refuses to go to exercise classes where there is support available to achieve the correct and safe positioning. Using the Perfect Sit Up, he is easily able to position himself correctly and consult the simple picture guide to gain the maximum benefit. The click is a reassuring audible thumbs up.
