It's big, it's beautiful, it's slightly bouncy - and to our knowledge has never been on page three of a tabloid. Scrabble, the world's most compelling word game, has come out in all sorts of popular shapes and sizes, but this giant inflatable model is a world first. It has 4 little inflatable racks with magnetic strips for the letter tiles, and a Velcro base, so they can stick securely to the board. There are the requisite 100 letter tiles, and of course a huge inflatable board, made from durable heavy gauge vinyl. The board, tiles and racks are magnetic, so it all stays put as you wallow in your pool or sit in the park in a summer breeze. Apparently this is a choking hazard, but we assume this refers to the letter tiles and not the board, unless that is you have unwittingly given birth to hippos, in which case you no doubt have plenty of other things to worry about aside from them casually swallowing a large inflatable board game - like a staggeringly huge nappy bill. Thank goodness it comes with a puncture repair kit.
