Love this item
I would highly recommend the Gamucci Nicotine Refill to anyone who, like myself, is in a place where they cannot smoke (I'm currently in a care home) but wishes to continue smoking. It's so cool to be able to lay in bed at night and smoke whilst watching TV. It's also good to know that, should I fall asleep, I'm totally safe. Plus, in the long run, it actually works out cheaper to smoke these, and you don't get any of the carcinogenic nastiness that you get in proper cigarettes.
