To adopt a vine for 12 months, simply follow the registration instructions enclosed in the gift box. Once complete, you will be sent a Vineyard Privilege Card, valid for 12 months, which entitles you to:

How long does my adoption last?
Your adoption lasts for 12 months from the date of registration.

Can I visit the vine that is dedicated to me?
You will be given the exact location of the vineyard where the vine is planted but not the exact co-ordinates of the vine that is dedicated to you. This is because the vine is planted at a working vineyard and visiting the actual vine may damage the crop.

How long does it take to receive my vine dedication certificate?
This depends on how you choose to register your gift. If you register online you will receive your certificate within 10 working days. If you fill out and return your form by post this period of time is increased to 28 days from when the form is received by Gift Republic.

How long do I have to register my gift?
Your registration code expires 12 months after the date of purchase. We recommend that you register your gift as soon as possible.

Disclaimer: When registered, the recipient will be sent the exact location of the vineyard where the vine they have adopted is located. It is after this point that they are welcomed to visit the vineyard for a tour and wine sample. Although their name will be entered as the adopter of the vine, this vine is not exclusive to them and there may be times that the vine has more than one adopter registered to it. The vine adopter will not be provided with the exact location of their specific vine. Neither Gift Republic Ltd nor its suppliers can accept liability for the durability of the vine. Whilst the greatest care will be taken to ensure the health of the vine, it may be affected by climatic conditions or blight outside of the control of the vineyard owners. The adoption and Privilege Card are valid for 12 months from the date of registration. This is a novelty gift item and must be regarded as such.
