The UK’s only free-roam VR and bar experience, Navrtar’s free-roam area allows you to experience VR at its finest. Get a feel for what’s to come with three mini experiences, before stepping into character for your Zombie Apocalypse Experience. Not limited to space or wires, you’ll be battling it out as a team against oncoming hordes of terrifying zombies. A cocktail of entertainment and heart-racing action, these relentless zombies will stop for no one! Who’ll be the last team standing? There’s only one way to find out.

What happens on the day?

On arrival you’ll check in at reception, where the two of you will join a team of three others, create a team name and enter your player names, to be visible on the leaderboard experience with a score breakdown at the end. There’s a bar available where you can drink before, during and after your session. Your demos are made up of three mini experiences totalling 30 minutes, allowing you to ‘warm up’ and give you a true feel of VR.

Your Zombie Apocalypse experience will last for a total of 30 minutes, where you’ll step into character and put your wits to the test to battle it out against an extraterrestrial invasion. Not limited to space or wires, you’re able to roam freely, communicating with each other through the arena.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 13 (under 18s will need to be accompanied by a paying adult)
• Please mention when booking if you have any conditions you think may impact your experience
• Glasses with a frame smaller than 142mm wide and 50mm high should fit within the VR goggles
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

Vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of issue

The experience is available on selected date throughout the year.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 1 hour for the full experience with additional time if you want to visit the onsite bar.

What should I wear?

You are advised to wear casual clothing and comfortable footwear avoiding high heels and flip-flops.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

If/when you are within 3 months of the voucher expiry date and there are still restrictions in place, Virgin Experience Days are offering free extensions to allow the customer to use at a later date.
