If you’ve seen him on television you’ll know he is a dedicated and talented chef who brings an extensive knowledge of ingredients to his cooking. Greatly inspired by the hearty, homely dishes of his childhood, the Brasserie Blanc restaurants reflect their creator’s desire to combine a relaxed and friendly setting with a popular menu that is regularly updated to reflect the seasons.

You and your guest will enjoy three courses chosen from a specially selected set menu along with a glass each of house wine - selected to complement the flavours you’ll enjoy as you dine. Choose from 16 Brasserie venues and enjoy lunch or dinner served with panache and skill. Bon Appetit!
