Dessert in a French eatery just wouldnt be the same without a Creme Brule, and this is no exception.

What happens on the day?

On arrival at your chosen restaurant, please present your unique voucher/QR code to your host where youll be welcomed and shown to your table. Once settled youll be provided with the carefully compiled menu, from which you will be able to choose three courses.

Your three-course meal will be complemented by a glass of sparkling wine each.

SOUPE A LOIGNON - signature Rouge recipe made with beef stock, finished with sough dough croutons and Emmental Cheese, served with baguette. BEETROOT TATIN - balsamic glazed roast beetroot tart with watercress and shallot garnish
CHAMPIGNONS A LAIL - chestnut mushrooms in a garlic sauce on chargrilled sourdough bread
CAMEMBERT - breaded camembert, served melted with redcurrant and cranberry sauce

Mains

POULET BRETON - roast chicken supreme with mushrooms, courgettes, leeks and herb and wine sauce with herb mash
MOULES (choose from Mariniere/Provencale)- half kilo of rope grown Shetland mussels steamed to order and served with frites.
STEAK FRITES - baked crepe filled with Portobello and chestnut mushrooms, spinach, shallots, garlic, Emmental cheese and a Mornay and cepe sauce, with frites or house salad
MINUTE STEAK - 8oz Black Angus minute rump served with frites or house salad, garlic butter (available on request)
VEGETABLE PARMENTIER - celeriac, chestnut mushroom, pearl barley and white wine stew topped with crispy potato
ORCHARD SALAD WITH CHICKEN - chargrilled chicken, chichory, frisee, watercress,beetroot, carrot, red apple and chopped hazelnuts

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: under 18s need to be accompanied by a paying adult
• A soft drink alternative to sparkling wine will be offered to under 18s
• Maximum group size is 10
• The experience content and restrictions may vary according to location

Availability

Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have taken your experience before the expiry date.

You must make a booking or you will be refused entry.

Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, set menu, kids menu, promotion or voucher. Cannot be used in conjunction with Tesco Clubcard points or vouchers. Excludes Center Parcs, Cafe Rouge Euston and O2 Arena on event days. Not valid at CafE Rouge Edinburgh during August and on event days at Murrayfield or Edinburgh Castle

The experience is available seven days a week throughout the year. Excluded dates including bank holidays, 16 to 25 and 31 December 2018 will apply.

Restaurant opening times can vary but most will be open from 10.00 to 23.00 daily.

We recommend you validate your voucher at least seven working days in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow approximately up to 1 hour 30 minutes for the whole experience.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and well send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
