Spa Day for Two

Sometimes we all need a break from the stress and strains of our busy lives, and a day at a health spa is the perfect way to unwind. Visitors with itchy feet should feel free to take part in the fitness and exercise classes on offer. Availability

Most spas offer a mixture of weekday and weekend dates, some are available weekdays only. Weekends can get very busy - book several weeks in advance.

Duration

Most spas invite arrival at opening time and guests can stay until closing time. Opening hours vary, but as a guide stay for up to nine hours.

Dress Code

Towels and robes may be provided, depending on the spa chosen; details given at point of booking.
