What happens on the day?

On arrival at your chosen Marriott destination, youll be welcomed by the team, and shown through to the facilities.

Your day includes full access to the health and leisure facilities, a choice of a 25 minute back, neck and shoulder massage, manicure, or pedicure each, and a 15% discount on products purchased on the day.

Please note that facilities do vary between Hotels. Kindly note that treatment times are approximate and subject to change without prior notice.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of issue

Availability

Your voucher is valid for 9 months, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before your expiry date as vouchers may not be extended beyond their expiry.

This experience is available Monday to Friday, with days varying according to location. Please check updated availability when making a booking.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are available at a £10 pp supplement.

Please note: Waltham Abbey Marriott Hotel's sauna is currently undergoing repairs and is not in use.

You are required to book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Guests are welcome to stay as long as they choose between 10.00 and 17.00 (this may vary, please check when making a booking).

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
