Furious Movie Star Double Blast

Take your pick of two from a selection of brilliantly quick cars and feel the power on this Furious Movie Star Double Blast. With two cars from the most famous car-based film franchise to get to grips with, this is a cinematic experience where you’re literally in the driving seat.

You’ll be able to get behind the wheel of some of lead character’s cars of choice – the R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R, Dodge Charger, MK1 Escort RS1600 and the Toyota Supra Turbo. Serving up pulse-racing power, each iconic vehicle will give you a good helping of movie-star adrenaline.

You’ll also have the option of driving a Chevrolet Camaro SS. This Camaro packs a crazy 580bhp and a big block V8 engine with adjustable air suspension and wide custom wheels, giving it staggering straight line performance.

What happens on the day?

On arrival at your chosen venue for your pre-booked experience you’ll sign in before taking part in a short introductory briefing on driving techniques and safety.

After that, it’s on to the main event - up to three exhilarating miles each in an R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R, MK1 Escort RS1600, 1970 Dodge Charger, Toyota Supra Turbo and a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS.

Please be advised this voucher includes standard models only and not all models of the above cars are included within the voucher. Upgrade fees will apply if you choose to select a premium car.

Participant guidelines

For the R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R and Toyota Supra Turbo:

• Minimum age: 12 (under 18s need parental/guardian consent)
• Minimum height: 4ft 5in
• Maximum height: 6ft 9in
• Maximum weight: 20 stone

For the Chevrolet Camaro SS :

• Minimum age: 17 (under 18s need parental/guardian consent)
• Minimum height: 4ft 5in
• Maximum height: 6ft 9in
• Maximum weight: 20 stone

All participants must hold a full driving licence and present the original at the event to drive this car

Fitness/Health: You should be in reasonable health and able to climb in and out of the car. This experience is not suitable for those with epilepsy, heart complaints or pregnant ladies. Please note: anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate

All drivers must have a good understanding on the English language for instruction purposes

The centres contracted with us hold public indemnity liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover.

Some driving operators require customers to complete an Indemnity/Damage waiver form on the day of the experience. This may state that the driver will be liable for a fixed amount of costs should they damage the vehicle whilst driving. Most of these suppliers are able to provide Indemnity/Damage Waiver at a small additional fee (usually £20-£45) payable on site. The purchase of this is optional and is in addition to the Public Liability Insurance held by all venues. The full details of any indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the activity operator. We are unable to advise or comment on the content or suitability of these products.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher

Availability

• Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before your expiry date.
• This experience is available on selected weekdays and weekends from February to November.
• We recommend you book 12 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Please allow approximately 2 hours (2 to 3 hours at all Car Chase Heroes' venues) for the whole experience. Exact duration will vary according to the number of participants on the day.

What should I wear?

You should wear flat soled shoes or boots and comfortable casual clothing suitable for the time of year and weather conditions. Arms and legs must be covered.

What about the weather?

Motorsports are weather dependent so if severe conditions are forecast you may want to check with the centre before you leave home. Driving events do continue in wet weather.

If your date is cancelled due to unsuitable weather or mechanical breakdown, you will be rebooked into an alternative date or vehicle.

Additional information

The operator reserves the right to substitute any vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical failure.

No dogs are allowed at the venues.

Refreshments may be purchased on site.
