Take the family to the kingdom of Far Far Away and step into a world of clever story-telling, amazing animation and a lot of laughs at Shrek’s Adventure!

He’s already travelled from page to screen to stage, but now Shrek is bringing his friends on an adventure to the heart of London and you can journey with them, heading out on a 4D bus ride to the heart of Shrek’s Swamp. The ogre himself is missing, so you’ll need to find him if you have any hope of getting back to the DreamWorks Tours Arrival Hall. Throughout the adventure you’ll meet all your favourite characters, and at the end you’ll meet some of DreamWorks’ other brilliant creations too.

You’ll also enjoy a delicious two-course meal for two adults and two children at The Strand Pizza Express. Serving all your favourite pizzas and pastas, this lively branch of Pizza Express is the perfect venue to round off your great day out.

What happens on the day?

On arrival at Shrek’s Adventure! London at County Hall you’ll be directed through to the DreamWorks Tours Departure Gates, where you’ll be given a briefing by the Head Tour Guide before boarding an amazing 4D ride disguised as a tour bus. From there you’ll travel through 10 live fairy-tale themed shows before ending up at the Arrivals Hall, where some of DreamWorks’ other film characters have been brought to life for you to meet and discover.

Whether your meal is booked for lunch or dinner (dependent on the day), on arrival at The Strand Pizza Express you’ll be shown to your table and treated to a delicious two-course Italian meal and soft drink each.

Participant guidelines

Minimum age 3 (under 16s need to be accompanied by a paying adult)

Adults are deemed to be 16 and over

Children are deemed to be aged 3 to 15

Vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of issue

Shrek's Adventure! London is open daily throughout the year. Tours start hourly from 10.00 to 15.00 on weekdays (except Thursday which is 11.00 to 15.00), 10.00 to 17.00 on Saturdays and 10.00 to 18.00 on Sundays. Date restrictions including 25 and 26 December will apply.

Pizza Express is available for lunch or dinner and must be pre-booked to ensure availability.

We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow a full day for this experience. Tours last approximately 1 hour 20 minutes

Additional information

Your two-course meal does not include beverages; these however may be purchased on the day.

Transport between the restaurant and Shrek's Adventure! London is not included.

Once a date has been booked you are unable to change or cancel the booking, in doing so you will forfeit the experience completely.

Please mention any special dietary requirements when ordering your meal.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
