What happens on the day?

When you arrive at the studio, youll both enjoy a style consultation to discuss the look and style of the shoot, and how best to achieve them. Youll be asked to bring along your own lingerie and any accessories to make the shoot personal to you both.

After professional hair styling and make up, get ready to strike your best poses feeling confident in a relaxed and supportive environment. Youll be invited to view all the images (either on the day or for a separate exclusive viewing), where you can select one A5 Print. Additional images are available for purchase at extra cost, if wished.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of issue

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date

Participant guidelines

Minimum age: 18

You will receive one complimentary print. A p and p charge will be payable to cover Recorded Delivery of your print(s) at some locations. A fully refundable booking deposit of £30 must be paid at time of booking, this is refunded at viewing or if cancelled with at least 48 hours prior notice to the session

The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location

Availability

Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before your expiry date. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Most studios are open on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year. All studios work by appointment only.

We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

You should expect to spend approximately 2 to 4 hours at the studio (including the viewing time).

Please be aware that some viewings are not available on the same day and a viewing appointment on a later date may be necessary. Only one voucher may be used per person within a 12 month period.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

If/when you are within 3 months of the voucher expiry date and there are still restrictions in place, Virgin Experience Days are offering free extensions to allow the customer to use at a later date.
