Unwind in relaxing surroundings as your details are taken and refreshments offered, then enjoy your Cloud Nine treatments - starting with a wonderfully luxurious back, neck and shoulder massage that uses scented aromatherapy oils designed to transport you to your own little fluffy cloud of happiness. Then its time for some revitalisation with a refreshing mini-facial followed by a purifying mask to leave skin feeling silky soft. While you wait for the mask to work its magic, your therapist will work some magic of her own with a wonderfully de-stressing scalp massage that will leave you refreshed and ready to re-join the world.

What happens on the day?

We suggest you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your experience is due to begin to allow time for your details to be taken and so you can relax.

After a brief consultation with your Luminis therapist your treatment package will begin with a luxurious aromatherapy back, neck and shoulder massage. You will then receive a refreshing mini-facial complete with purifying mask accompanied by a scalp massage designed to de-stress and relax. Rejoin the world feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Availability

Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Available seven days a week (some salons do not open on Sundays and Mondays - please request opening days and times when making your booking) Date restrictions such as public holidays may apply.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow approximately 1 hour for the whole experience; treatments will last approximately 50 minutes.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and well send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
