Choose from over 30 Bannatyne Health Clubs and prepare for an indulgent day of rest, relaxation and reflection. Spend the day luxuriating and taking advantage of facilities including a high-tech gym, indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Those who feel energetic can also join in with a number of exercise classes which run daily, including those suitable for beginners. Each guest will also enjoy two mini-treatments (25 minutes per person), choosing between a mini Swedish back massage, scalp massage, Welcome Touch facial, file and paint, bamboo leg massage or bamboo mini back massage.

Any Important Stuff

The clubs are mixed and welcome men and women aged 18 or over. Please note, disabled access varies depending on location (please check at time of booking).

Availability

Available seven days a week. Please allow at least four weeks advance booking notice. Opening hours vary from location to location, please check upon booking.

Duration

Treatments are pre-booked and last a total of 25 minutes per person. Most venues opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm (but these can vary so check at point of booking).

Dress Code

Please bring flip-flops, gym clothes, trainers, towels and swimwear. Alternatively a robe and slippers can be hired on the day for £6.
