Available at over 30 Bannatyne Health Clubs seven days a week (excludes Charlton House). After purchasing, choose a location and then book directly with Bannatyne's. Please give at least four weeks advance booking notice.

Duration

Treatment times are pre-booked and last 25 minutes in total each. Spend the remainder of the day relaxing and using the facilities available.

Dress Code

Please bring flip-flops, gym clothes, trainers, towels and swimwear. A robe and slippers can be hired on the day for £6.
