Half the price, twice the fun
The Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver Remote is completely compatible with all Wii games/accessories. I bought it as backup for gaming sessions with friends (my expectations were rather low), but it turned out more popular than the original Wii remote. It recharges well too.

Daughter liked it for christmas. It's cheaper then any Wii remote, to the extent where it's at a stocking-filler price. It's USB rechargeable, and fully functional. A definite bonus for any Doctor Who fan.
