Epicness in a box
This Lord Of The Rings is, quite simply, stunning. From the moment you step forth into the Shire, until the time whence you gaze into the fiery chasms of Mount Doom. The action, the drama, and the characters will entrance and captivate you, leaving you - wishing for more. The box set contains a grand total of 12 discs, the three movies each in two parts (to accommodate the sheer volume of extra scenes). As well as two discs of extras - per film! The characterization is beautiful and the scenery is stunning. Thankfully though, the grand scale of the final battle left me in awe, yet smiling again. I would recommend this box set most highly to anyone, and everyone.
