The Anolon Professional 5 Piece Pan Set is a set of high quality pans that will come with a 10 year manufacturer’s guarantee for peace of mind. The cookware is made from hard anodised aluminium with DuPont’s non-stick Autograph coating. Suitable for all hobs, except induction, the pans are oven safe up to 240°C. The pan set includes: three saucepans, a frying pan and a milk pan.

Anolon Lidded Saucepans (Diameters: 18cm, 16cm)

Tested in professional kitchens, the heavy duty pans offer effective heat distribution and even, reliable cooking every time. With a super tough, non-stick coating, the pans can be used with metal utensils. Each pan has a toughened glass lid, a riveted stainless steel handle and is easy to clean.

Analon Milk pan (Diameter: 14cm)

Ideal for heating milk or making milk-based sauces, the milk pan is the perfect size for those tricky roux and béchamel sauces. The non-stick coating will make washing up a breeze whilst you can prepare your sauces in the knowledge that they should not burn. A riveted handle with silicone inserts will ensure comfort when stirring up your custard or scrambled egg. The pan is safe for use with metal utensils and on all hobs except induction.

Analon Frying Pans (Diameters: 20cm and 24cm)

With DuPont’s  non-stick coating, the frying pans will help you to produce healthy meals with the minimum of fat or oil. Suitable for stir fries and pan frying, the pans have riveted handle with silicone inserts, are easy to clean and oven safe up to 240°C.
