Located on London's vibrant Bankside, the Vinopolis wine-tasting attraction is heaven-sent for those who like their palettes well cared for and their thirst quenched. Nestled alongside Borough Market, the Tate Modern, Southwark Cathedral and Shakespeare's Globe you get to sit back and relax as your tastes buds are swept around a world of wine wonderfulness. From Italy's Chianti region to sun-drenched Australia, not to mention California's Napa Valley and an atlas of places in between, let your senses loose on 100 delicious wines (well, 5 tastings are included, which we reckon is more than enough wine to floweth down your gullet, but you can purchase extra tastings at the various tasting tables). Unconfirmed reports suggest a few have made it beyond a dozen or so. Qualified tasting guides are on hand to help you (stand) understand and appreciate the myriad of tastes on offer, and compare and contrast the samples you select.
