Well what a jolly brolly
A joy, a sheer delight,
Eye catching on a gloomy day
SENSATIONAL at night!
Y'see,
I hate the rain my hair goes flat
My mascara heads for chin,
I arrive at destination
And what a state I'm in.
So umbrellas' are a must for me
As is pizzaz and style,
Add quality and quirkyness-
This beauty wins by a mile!
But the problem with a brolly
and I'm surely not alone,
Is if it then stops raining
You forget to bring it home.
But with a prized possesion
which if lost would be HUGELY missed,
You keep a watchful eye on
Even if you're really really er....
...tired!

Superb piece of critical literature, and what a jolly brolly too! A true must!...And what a fab poem, what a fab rhyme! I just don't know where you find the time to write such 'with-it' lyrics, hip-hop-happin beats, get down wit-it Mrs Conacher, in touch with da streets.
