Description

The simple and easy to use money bank that makes the change in your pocket count. This clever little money jar has an intelligent lid, every time you pop your loose change in through the slot it tots up your total, so at a glance you always know how much you've got stashed away. When you remove the lid the LCD screen changes to say 'Withdraw' - you just enter the amount you're taking out and it deducts the amount from the total.

  • A money jar that digitally tallies your savings.
  • The coin slot has a sensor embedded to detect what denomination of £ sterling coins you put in.
  • The lid digitally displays the jar's total.
  • Once you open the lid and withdraw the coins you can reset the jar.
  • Suitable for sterling only.
  • Requires 2 x AAA Batteries (included).
  • Suitable for ages 8 years+.
  • Size: 14.5 x 9.5 x 9.5cm.

Doesn't work

Do not waste your money on this product as it does not work. It counts some of the coins, but then seems to lose its way and misses some of them as they are put in. I tried it again to make sure I wasn't going to fast for it to count, but then it stopped counting altogether and the balance remained the same regardless of how many more coins I put in! It also misreads coins, for example, it counted a £1 coin as 20p. Nice idea if it worked, but unfortunately it doesn't.

The Counting Money Jar

Excellent idea, very usefull, shame you have to fit 50p in slightly awkwardly as i found it once registered the 50 as a 2p! otherwise great.

when i saw this online i thought this would be a perfect gift and by the look of the picture i thought it was alot bigger than what it actual was i thought i was about the 30 cm long but actually its only about 10cm so for the price i didnt think it was very fair but when it did arrive i thought it looked very good and is very clever!!!!

Every little Helps

I LOVED this idea. I was going mad trying to find something suitable for everyone for my office secret santa then I found this.It was a hit- and I even got to pass the fancy wrapping off as my own... Who doesnt have buckets of change thay couldnt be bothered to sit and count! I got my brother one too along with the keyring alcohol breath tester...hmmmm...doesnt put him in a very good light come to think of it...:) IWOOT rocks. Heather Black Raynes Park, London.

Money Jar-Not for use my USA consumers

I purchased 3 Talking Money Jars and when I recieved them I was shocked to find out that they do not work with USA coins. There was nothing in thier advertisment for this product that specifically made mention of this . Had I know this, I would certainly not have purchase the product as I live in the USA. So I wasted my hard earned money on 3 jars. However, on the positive side of things the jars and coin counting mechanism are superbly manufactured and are of the highest quality available, but just not usefull to the USA consumer. I have had to since buy 3 more jars which operate with USA coins but are much inferior in quality to your product. A dissapointed customer,
