This nano sized amp packs one heck of a punch and weighs in at just seven and half pounds (or 3.5 kilos to the initiated), making it the most portable music blaster around. Packed with effects and a selection of different amp settings for producing some classic sounds, it even has an electronic tuning function to get your Stratocaster Gibson stringed thingy to sound perfect. It's both mains and battery powered (6 AAs), and on battery power will give a staggering 20 hours of play, enough to make even a hardened busker's fingers melt. Full of various holes (see below) for headphones, guitar jacks and the like, you can even plug in your MP3 player if you just can't be bothered to play anything for real. It sounds simply amazing, is super loud, super small, and well is probably the coolest mini amp in the known universe.

A 2W speaker isn't exactly the best, especially with most beginners guitars coming with a 10W amp, but the effects you get built in with this thing are AMAZING considering they are done by the amp itself.
The money you could spend on a half-decent stack or pre-amp can easily go into a few hundred pounds, and if you're looking for this functionality and portability you won't find anything better than this baby.
Put simply: it ROCKS.

The Roland Micro Cube is the cheapest but yet clearest model on the market at this time. The effects you can create using this lttile box are very close to the clearness you can create using a professional speaker costing 1000's of pounds. This is the best product on the site and a must buy.

Recently bought one of these to fuel my recent guitar playing phase. It is amazing. I was fiddling with the effects for hours trying to get the perfect sound to recreate the intro to "whatever you want" by the quo. I felt so rock and roll it's unbelievable. Love it

Bought one of these while on a trip for my cousins wedding, absolutly amazing!! i wish IWOOT woulda had these a year ago. The effects are clear, it packs a punch that can compete with amps much larger and the headphone jacks and line outs are great for recording. The built in tuner is great and the batteries last forever. A mast for any semi serious musician.
