Well, THAT'S done it. It used to be just Solitaire that stopped people doing any work at their PCs, now with this clever little box of tricks, every work-station in the country will become addicted to day-time TV!
This remarkably clever gadget will turn your PC into a multi-function Digital TV. You simply load the software, plug the box into your USB port, attach a standard TV aerial and you're off. Not only does it play however many digital channels you can get for free in your area, it'll also record them onto your hard-drive at the click of a button - or you can set up the timer to record programmes when you're not at your desk! It also has a cool little camera function - one click will take a snap of whatever's on TV at the time!
It comes with an infra-red remote control, is a doddle to set up (especially with XP), and is even more addictive than normal TV. We photographed the above image plugged into our creative department's slightly posh flat screen, but of course it works on normal ones too. All self-control and work ethic went out of the window when this came in, it's just such fun to play with. Oh, and as well as TV, it picks up radio programmes too!
