Fast and so very, very good

Having a collection of 6 'Global' knives that get used all the time, that "showroom sharpness" was a distant memory until I bought this Ozitech Knife Sharpener. Now my knives are unbelievably sharp again and all with just 4 strokes through the diamond fingers.

Giving you an "Edge" :)

I bought this for my father at Christmas, who loves to cook. He had been complaining that his knives were too dull and i thought this was the perfect gadget. Its clam style case is brilliant and easy to store, and looks quite cool. This sharpener gave our knives a great sharp edge very quickly. There was some damage to the diamond lined fingers after a while which is why i only gave four stars. But overall it has had a lot of use so far and i'm quite impressed

Don't expect miracles

Don't expect miracles. This product seems no better or worse than other similar products. I managed to get just as good an edge using a cheap steel (and I'm no expert at using one of those!). Also some of the diamond sharpening surface chipped off on first use. I'm going to try for a refund :(

Fastest service ever!

This knife sharpener is wonderful - no more squashed tomatoes from using a blunt knife, but the best thing of all is the service..........I ordered this on Friday afternoon and the postman delivered it the next morning!!Highly, highly, highly recommend this company - they are the tops!! Does what it says on the box

I've already had one of these for a couple of years. It keeps the knives fantastically sharp and is easier to use than any other sharpener I've had. There is a downside though. It is not very robust and my current one is falling apart, hence this purchase. If it was any more expensive then I would think twice about buying it.

Great gadget

This Knife sharpener was a real hit at Christmas.My son spent a very happy time sharpening every knife he could lay his hands on.I had originally bought the sharpener for myself and only took it to my sons house on Christmas day in order for him to sharpen his carving knife ready for the turkey.Although he has kindly sharpened my knives for me he does not want to give me back the Ozitech as he feels it is just the present he wanted.I do wish I had known earlier that I had found the perfect present it would have saved me a lot of time and money.It is worth every penny as it does a fantastic job!

Found this little gem while frantically searching for a last minute present for my boyfriend, and it turned out to be one of his favourite presents! This compact knife sharpener is really easy to use and gives really quick results. My boyfriend likes to think of himself of a bit of a Gordon Ramsay in the kitchen and was forever moaning about how rubbish his knives where for cutting. He was even thinking about buying a whole new set of expensive chef knifes. He used the Ozitech Knife Sharpener and now he can’t stop raving about how super sharp they are and how easy it is to cut through all sorts of foods There is something men seem to enjoy about sharpening knifes, it must link back to their caveman roots or something but all I know is that my boyfriend was more than impressed!! He is recommending it to anyone who will listen to him!

Not sure how well it performs. Had some very blunt knives...very cheep ones. They did not get much better having used the sharpener a few times. It worked well on better quality knives.

Thats not a knife...this is a knife!!

Really impressed with this sharpener. Made the dullest knives I had, razor sharp with just a couple of attempts. I would recommend this to any professional and amateur cook alike...
