It may seem like an odd departure for us to be selling a knife sharpener, but this one is so gob-smackingly amazing that we couldn't not show it to you. If you've ever had to tackle a turkey or a tomato, there's nothing more infuriating than hacking away at it with a blunt old knife - or a blunt new one come to that. Now there are a gazillion (though we haven't actually counted) knife sharpeners out there, from the stone age steel to contraptions requiring batteries and a degree in quantum mechanics. But none of them, NONE OF THEM, come close to the Ozitech Knife Sharpener. Just a few strokes through the bendy diamond encrusted leaves and your kitchen weapon of choice will be able to slice a tomato so thin (and so effortlessly) that it could float away in a light breeze, sort of. You could pass a camel through the eye of a needle after you've used one of these (admittedly in very small pieces). Another great thing about this is that it packs up so small it'll fit in the fullest of cutlery drawers, or your pocket if you're a chef on the go. ozitech knife sharpener
The Ozitech Knife Sharpener sharpens knives well and is easy to use.
Reasonable
I've been using steel to sharpen my knives for a few years now and only occasionally do I get them really sharp. A lot of the time, they feel just as dull as before, even after lots of sharpening. After reading some mixed reviews on this Ozitech Knife Sharpener, I decided to go for it. Having used it a few times now, it's quick to use and a few swipes is enough instead of the several minutes needed with steel. The only downfall is it doesn't make knives as sharp as I'd like. With steel, I've gotten keener edges, but it takes a lot of time and isn't consistent. I do like this, and consider it good for the price. Would recommend it for people who aren't chefs or don't need razor blade sharpness to cut their food.

This Ozitech Knife Sharpener has been very good so far. I use it every day as I am a fish filleter and am always having to sharpen knives.
Works just fine
This Ozitech Knife Sharpener is really easy to use. It offers good results and is small enough to store away.
Fast and so very, very good
Having a collection of 6 'Global' knives that get used all the time, that "showroom sharpness" was a distant memory until I bought this Ozitech Knife Sharpener. Now my knives are unbelievably sharp again and all with just 4 strokes through the diamond fingers.

Giving you an "Edge" :)
I bought this for my father at Christmas, who loves to cook. He had been complaining that his knives were too dull and i thought this was the perfect gadget. Its clam style case is brilliant and easy to store, and looks quite cool. This sharpener gave our knives a great sharp edge very quickly. There was some damage to the diamond lined fingers after a while which is why i only gave four stars. But overall it has had a lot of use so far and i'm quite impressed
Don't expect miracles
Don't expect miracles. This product seems no better or worse than other similar products. I managed to get just as good an edge using a cheap steel (and I'm no expert at using one of those!). Also some of the diamond sharpening surface chipped off on first use. I'm going to try for a refund :(
