With a Swiss made Quartz Ronda movement, a sapphire crystal face with triple anti-reflective coating, and water resistant to 200m, which we reckon is about when your head implodes, the MX 50 is not only beautiful, but tougher than a Glaswegian docker with attitude. It has a uni-directional bezel with a very firm and satisfying click and 16 individually hand positioned long-life light sources, so that no matter how pitch dark it is in your cave, or indeed bedroom, you'll be able to tell the time. It also has a date function and a stopwatch that measures to tenths of a second - in case you're a stickler for detail.
