Leaping into a hot shower in the morning is invigorating, refreshing, warming, all sorts of -ings. What you don't want it to be is freezing. Now of course you could just use your hand to test the temperature of the water - but where's the fun in that? This sleek chrome finished showerhead incorporates a temperature sensitive light source, so not only can you shower in the spotlight (which is incredibly funky in the dark, by the way), but the light changes through 6 different shades according to the temperature of the water: green shines when the water is cold (less than 32 degrees C to be exact) all the way through to red as the water becomes a little more accommodating, temperature wise. All this is of course fairly redundant in that we're all grown-ups now and can probably tell if the water is cold or hot, but showering in light is just irresistible. Particularly as this light show is contained in an easy to install shower head - you just screw it straight onto the shower hose, making life nice and simple. The colours are water pressure powered so no batteries are necessary (we're all for living life on the edge, but batteries inside a showerhead strikes us as rather an unnecessary risk). Daft and definitely un-missable.
