Is there ever a bad time for cake? Stop thinking about it, the answer is clearly "no". It's delicious, comes in a range of flavours and makes even the most mundane tea party infinitely more enjoyable. Imagine how happy you'd be if you opened the door to the Postman and, instead of giving you the usual bumph, he passed you your very own freshly-baked cake. You'd be ecstatic! By signing up to Meg River's Cakes for a Year you'll be treated to one oven-fresh cake a month, each one traditionally baked and whisked to your front door (or whichever friend or family member's door you've decided to shower in deliciousness).

Each month has its unique cake:

• January: Lemon Curd.
• February: Hazelnut & Chocolate.
• March: Cherry & Almond.
• April: Simnel.
• May: Coffee & Walnut.
• June: Double Orange.
• July: Lavender.
• August: Elderflower & Gooseberry.
• September: Victoria Sponge.
• October: Spiced Crumble.
• November: Ginger.
• December: Classic Christmas.

• Your membership can commence at any time but must run for 12 consecutive months.
• Cakes may vary from those listed.
• Unsuitable for Nut Allergy sufferers.
• Each cake will be despatched by the middle of the month, cake will be delivered approximately 28 days after your order.

• Each cake is around 7 inches in diameter, but may vary in size and appearance as each one is baked by hand.
