Innermost Ltd Jeeves Wall Light With Gold Interior - Black

This Innermost Ltd Jeeves Wall Light designed by Jake Phipps was inspired by surrealist painter René Magritte and his body of work. The influence of his paintings, particular “The Pilgrim”, “Son of Man” and “Man in a Bowler Hat”, can clearly be seen in the design of the Jeeves light. It consists of a bowler hat cut in half, made from wool felt covered aluminium and a gold interior. Placed over a coat hook it produces a particular quirky effect. It takes its name from one of comedian P.G. Wodehouse’s iconic characters, Reginald Jeeves. Pairing art with British traditionalism, this piece is both functional and decorative. LB
