Warming, life-giving, occasionally life-taking, sooty and really quite hot, fire entrances us and gets through a lot of carbon based fuels. Now we can be captivated by fire without all the hazards inherent in the real thing with this blissfully absurd Alternative Fireplace DVD.
Choose from seven different fires all of which, complete with sound (and if you select them, some absurd sub-titles) will entrance and virtually warm you. The Gas Fire is probably the most ludicrous, and certainly the most popular here at IWOOT for its sheer retro-ness and memories of student digs. The Log Fire is of course the classic, and goes exceptionally well with one of our Tiger Rugs and a bottle of voddy for the sleaze feel. You can have a different fire for every day of the week, and not have to worry about leaving it on when you go out. No matter which of these long burning fires you pick, they're sure to warm the cockles of your heart, if nothing else.
