Cooking steaks to perfection is not only an art, but a necessity. The trouble is, of course, that once they're done they all look the same, so how on earth do you remember who wanted it done rare?
This brilliant Branding Iron solves the problem. Simply heat it up in the BBQ and, just like in the Wild West (but without all the mooing), you can brand your steaks. It has three sides, with an 'R' for rare, 'M' for medium and 'W' for well done. Never has steak sizzling been so stylish.
Features
- Place iron in hot coals, gas range or electric burner (the first heating will burn off the protective finish).
- Just before serving, use a padded glove or hot pad, take heated iron and place on the meat, chicken or veggie etc with a slow rocking motion to brand the dish.
Care Instructions:
- Gently rub clean by using steel wool, wire brush or sandpaper. Dry thoroughly after cleaning and coat with a thin layer of vegetable oil. The oil will burn off with next use.
- Made of steel (steel, by its very nature will rust do not be alarmed! Use care and cleaning instructions).
