Laser STARs!

When I tested the Laser Cosmos projector, I was really blown away. The laser is powerful enough to fill a "large" living room, but the results are spectacular whether in a small or large room. The cosmic cloud looks fantastic and when switched on it looks wonderful. A great gift for young astronomers, but as the stars are not true to the real constellations this is probably not for die-hards. Overall a fantastic buy and well worth the money!

This Laser Cosmos is stunning! No still image will ever do this product justice. I never tire of watching this and you can adjust the complexity of what is projected too. The colours are mesmerizing and it really does ooze a calming and relaxing mood. I've even had this outside on the deck and projected against the house! The only negative I could say is the level of noise it produces. If for example you will be sleeping next to it ! If it's on a bedside table, then it is a tad noisey. That said, if you enhance the experience with some relaxing music then that is irrelevant. Great for after-dark social get-togethers, hot tubs or just a night stargazing in the comfort of your own home.

Perfect for my new little one...

Purchased the Laser Cosmos after seeing at a friends house. They were using it in their front room for relaxing lighting etc which is when I thought it would be perfect for my new born's room. Daniella (the new born) is absolutely mesmerised by it and we use it when we're having trouble putting her down. Highly recommended.

Awesome Cosmos!

Just to be topical, I've been 'tracking' this item for well over a year now. I could tell from the reviews that it really did as described. Now half price at IWOOT, so I pressed the 'buy button' immediately. Just set it up in the kids bedroom pitch black and played some Jean Michel Jarre.... how sad am I, but oh boy! It was Awesome. Reckon it'll also be superb at the end of any party when ya just need to chill or for insomniacs everywhere. The kids loved the cosmos (although my 6 year old did ask "what's this strange music daddy?!" :) Highly recommend it. Well done on delivery too.

AMAZING light desplay

I have a laser cosmos in my living room and whenever i want to relax or drift of into a world of dreams, i just turn on the laser cosmos point it at my ceiling and it feels like i have been transported into another world full of amazing stars and a beautiful milky blue oasis in the sky. I use my laser cosmos whenever i have party's to wow the guests. I highly recommend this.

Bought this item for my partner. He was thrilled with it and showed everybody. When our Grand-daughter comes to sleep, we put it on in her room, she lies there whispering "WOW" and soon goes off to sleep, she loves it and calls it Twinkle Twinkle. Everybody should have one!

Great when it worked

My kids were blown away by this piece of kit and I must say it is great for a bedroom or living room as a background light when watching tv etc. Unfortunately ours packed up after only a few months and it got left in a box when we moved house last year :( I'm waiting to hear back from IWOOT about a possible replacement & will report back when I hear something. Like the title says "great when it worked.

Since i was young its always been a dream to go into space but the chance is so low i had to dream on. then i was surfing iwoot and came across laser cosmos. my dream had just come true when i saw this on the website. now everytime im sitting in my room i feel as if i am floating in space and my dream is alive. laser cosmos displays a beautiful blue nebula in the middle of twinkling silver and green stars. although it is a bit big it is a perfect gift. the handset can be moved to display on walls and ceilings. i recomend this product to everyone who reads this.

Great Gift

The Laser Cosmos arrived within two days of ordering it and has since been lighting up the bedroom ceiling before we fall asleep. Only thing that would make it even better would be a timer switch so that we don't have to make sure that we turn it off before drifting off ourselves!

Fantastic

My brother bought this for my birthday, it is fantastic. It works best in complete darkness. It is brilliant to see and watch - we actually put it on towards the end of a party when everyone was winding down, it was a great way to get everyone together - it was very relaxing. It's also pretty cool when the laser beam hits a light shade or something reflective, as it bouces the light back to make a brilliant effect on the ceilling.

Amazing Lightshow.

I bought this for my girlfriend for an early birthday present. Theres only one word for this product, AMAZING. It works so well in complete darkeness, there are literally thousands and thousands of stars that come from the green lasers. Laser Cosmos!

I've had my Laser Cosmos for almost 3 years now, it was bought when i was pregnant with my first child with a view to relax myself then for the baby once she arrived, i can definately say this is the best "mobile" and visual light display i have ever seen for home use, my daughter is nearing 3 years old now and still uses it every night to go to sleep, it really is a fantastic product!

Love it!

My boyfriend bought me Laser Stars as a gift and I love it! Everytime someone comes over to the house they have to lay on my bed and watch my bedroom ceiling light up with a blue nebula and stars. Everyone I show to wants one. I recommend this to anyone who has a bit of imagination and loves space and stars. This really is an amazing little gadget and we spend so much time laying on the bed gazing at the ceiling. Some of the green stars move quite fast at first and your eyes have to adjust. You can also set the blue nebula to be quite cloudy or not and I have experimented with it all over the house on every ceiling... it really is alot of fun and I am going to get a timer so that I can go to sleep with it at night and it can switch of automatically. Really great gift and I LOVE it!

Perfect relaxation!

Bought this on the strength of other reviews and it really is a lovely addition to a room! I sit there staring at the ceiling and forgot to put the TV on! As with other reviews I do agree with the issue about some stars not moving so much and it not be entirely random, but overall it's fantastic.

interesting toy

The points of light do not move like stars. They are more like the random movement of microbes in a petri dish - is it 'Brownian movement?'. My shooting star facility stopped working after the first 15 minutes. For casual occasional use it is OK but for me the novelty has already worn off after 1 week. I may be asking for a replacement.

Stunning Mood Lighting

I bought this from IWOOT as a birthday present for my partner after seeing it in the corner of a brightly lit shop projecting on an A4 size area. It looked cool there, I never imagined how awesome it would look in a dark room covering the whole ceiling! The projector can be tilted to cover a wall or ceiling or both. There is a very feint whir from the machine when it is on but nothing too obtrusive. The blue swirl effect can be switched on or off for a varied effect, however it is awesome and we leave it on. Its great as a back drop for a party or as a 'feature wall' effect in any room. It has a very relaxing and mesmerising effect and we had the whole family lying on the living room floor staring at the ceiling watching the shooting stars, if only i'd had a camera to hand!

This has a real WOW factor!

You could never do justice to this in your catalogue, and it has to be seen to be believed. I bought one for a friend, but have used it in the bedroom of some disabled children staying in a holiday let we have for disabled visitors. They were so mesmersied that their families have now ordered two units from you. My only disappointment was that you did not reply to my rather cheeky request that you might like to supply a unit to us for such visitors, on the basis that you will almost certainly get more sales as a result. As I said - this has to be seen to be believed, and it is fantastic for people confined to bed and especially for disabled children. So go on - think about it please!

She loved it

I got this for my wife who loves this kind of thing but had never seen it. She truly loved it. The stars were great and so is the cloud. we had a problem though that every so often the stars just went out, leaving just cloud. In the end the stars never came back. IWOOT were brilliant and helped us get a replacement.

The amazing laser cosmos

This is truly amazing. It filled our bedroom and we now chill out each night before we go to sleep. The blue cloud effect is a great touch as you get more of a cosmos feel with that. We could have sold half a dozen more when friends and family recently saw it at a party. I think it would be a great night light for young children.
