Salter Deep Fill Pie Maker

I recently bought this little machine, and it is unbelievable. The pies come out perfect every time, all properly baked and they look better than a commercial pie. They are deeper filled than any other pie and you only need one to satisfy the largest appetite. The pastry cutter supplied cuts both the base and top exactly, so no guess work involved. Clean up is a dream, just wipe with a sheet of kitchen roll and your done. The only tip I would give, which is also mentiond in the booklet, is place the pastry in first, before heating the machine. This not only makes life easier, but eliminates burnt fingers, and you just give the cooking time five minutes more, instead of 10 mins on preheat. The only other thing I will say, is that the price and service was excellent, and I will be ordering two more for some very impressed friends.
