Great product. Shocking delivery
Product is great. Exactly as described. Fab! Delivery on the other hand is unbelievably shocking. I cannot believe a company like yourselves would use such a shocking excuse of a delivery company as Yodel. It took a full week from first attempted delivery til I recieved my product due to inabilities of Yodel employees and the fact they cannot read addresses or bother to update their drivers of any changes of address (which they encourage you to do if you have a failed deliver attempt). Twice, once by email and once to a human on the phone, I had to give a 2nd address both times it was confirmed and I was told the driver would ring to triple check the address. Twice they failed to pass this information to the drivers do my parcel was delivered time after time to my previous address. I'm still waiting a week later for my phonecall from the management team at yodel that I was promised within 48 hours. Unfortunately until you change your choice of courier service I will not be ordering from the website again. Which is a great shame as I love it
